Deposit & Payment

  • A $50 deposit is required at the time of booking to hold your slot.
  • The deposit is charged immediately via Stripe and applied to your session total.
  • The remaining balance is due at the start of your session.
  • All prices are in USD. We accept all major credit and debit cards via Stripe.

Cancellation & Refunds

  • More than 24 hours before your session: Full $50 deposit refund, no questions asked. Use the cancel link in your confirmation email.
  • Less than 24 hours before your session: The deposit is non-refundable. We reserve the room exclusively for you and cannot rebook on short notice.
  • Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
  • If we need to cancel for any reason, you will receive a full refund immediately.

House Rules

  • Sessions start and end on time. If you arrive late, your session still ends at the booked time.
  • Overtime is billed at the hourly rate, prorated per 30 minutes, subject to availability.
  • No outside food or drink near the equipment. Common areas are fine.
  • Treat the gear with respect. Damage caused by negligence is the client's responsibility.
  • Studio A and Studio B are non-smoking / vape-free environments.
  • Guest count limits are enforced for acoustic and safety reasons.

Booking & Availability

  • All studios are bookable online 24/7 in 1-hour increments.
  • Availability is synced to Google Calendar in real time. Confirmed bookings are immediately blocked.
  • A 10-minute hold is placed on your slot while you complete checkout. Holds that expire without payment are released automatically.
